Poor quality control on hardware.
We started to put the twin bed frame together and found 2 major things wrong. 1. The instruction sheet diagram is so hard to read because of the tiny illustration and poorly explained. 2. The bubble package that has all the nuts, bolts and tools contained incorrect bolts and nuts, so after a long while we realized to finish assembling the bed we had to run to Home Depot, buy the correct bolts and nuts. to finish. I wrote the company and sent all the information they asked for and haven't heard a thing back!
- I like the bed frame I wish it had something to stop the mattress from sliding
- The rustic style may not be appealing to everyone's taste
