Sold my Canon 16-35 f/2.8 ii USM and bought a Canon EF 16-35mm f/4L IS USM. I don't regret it at all! Always hits the target, very sharp. ate Info: Sold Canon EF 16-35mm f/4L IS USM bought Sigma 12-24 2 version as 16mm looks a bit boring already. In the future I plan to take Canon 11-24 f / 4 L Has pros: 1) very sharp at all focal lengths (the sharpest of all Canon wides except 11-24 f/4 L) 2) exact focus (on my copy, and smeared on the other) 3) the stabilizer saves (I tried it at a shutter speed of 1 second - sharply) 4) sharp corners (unlike 16-35 \ 2.8 ii) 5) fast focus 6) no HA Got cons: 1) vignetting is small 2) 16 mm looks boring, unlike 12 mm 3) the price is just a nightmare (more than 66 thousand)
