Ideal for LED nameplates
Great item for LED signs and lighting (eg DIY night lights). burn an LED if you don't use resistors of appropriate values. One way to use them is simple - in "throw" mode: just run two wires to the + and - sides of a CR2032 button battery. The problem with this is that Revain's cost is too high compared to supplier Adafruit.
Pros
- These pretty light strips are the diffuse plastic backlight often seen on LCDs. They are usually hidden behind the LCD and emit white light from below.
