Benefits: Final fit looks good. Cons: This kit is designed for multiple vehicles. The "tabs" that need to be removed for some applications are not scored at all and require great care to remove cleanly. The instructions state that you simply "click" these tabs. It's not going to happen. The instructions have links to the screws that are said to be included in this kit. There were no screws in my kit, just decorative elements. The mounting tabs did not match the OEM mounting holes in the dash at all. I had to use new ones. I've seen kits that are better designed and built. I would suggest an alternative product if you can find one.
