I bought one at a marathon show after trying many brands while recovering from meniscus surgery. I liked the sleeve so much I bought another to match my set at another major world marathon show. All other orthotics and support systems limited the movement of my leg during active sports. They allow me to walk freely without vibration from contact with the ground. I wasn't in pain - I wish I'd found her sooner. I wear CWX tights in the winter and shorts in the summer. They are great for summer training as my feet can breathe and if it gets too hot I can roll them down. I'm buying another set to have on hand as an extra pair. I like that they are washable and dry quickly. They don't strain or tighten. I have them big and they are perfect for my quads and calves. When ordering I would measure the circumference of my lower quads and upper calves for a proper fit. Hope that helps! However, the size is not listed on Revain and I received a small women's garment and had to give it as a gift.
