Review on 🔒 KidCo Angle Mount Metal Safeway Gate: Adjustable White (Metal) Baby & Pet Gate, Top of Stairs, Hinge & Latch Side, Hardware Mounted by Todd Winter

This gate seems to be quite strong. We had wooden ones, and the dogs would break them from time to time, so we looked for a more durable option. The weak point will be the mounting hardware, it's all plastic, but time will tell. Collecting this element was quite painful. It's not very intuitive and the instructions are unclear. I bought 2 and one was missing parts so I am waiting for the manufacturer to send me the parts. But in the end I found a gate and hung it on the wall. Once hung they are a beautiful gate and I am happy with them so overall I give them 4/5 stars. I would buy it again. ETA: It's been 3 weeks and the replacement for the missing hardware hasn't arrived. The company said they sent them but it looks like they got lost so they sent another set. Fingers crossed he's arrived. However, my roommate with limited dexterity has no problem opening a solid gate and it's been pretty solid so far. Update August 2020: Someone rated this as useful which brought me back to it. The company provided me with new equipment. The goal is still going strong after more than a year. The plastic mounting system is very strong and still works great. Despite the shaky construction, I recommend it and have recommended it to friends. Withstands rough handling by dogs.
