Excellent quality hair clipper. However, when I opened it to cut my boy's hair, it was broken like it had been dropped. The blades were crooked and part of the side was broken. Super Slacker caught her for stealing. Then when I called to just replace them they told me they won't even though they are no longer available. And pretty much I could just get my money back, not the clippers. Sent it back almost two weeks ago and still haven't received a refund.
