Horribly mislabled weight, still a good training tool.
Pros: Very inexpensive, hasn't broken yet, extras are a good value. I dunno what i'm supposed to do with the egg, but the donut is good to see how long you can hold it shut, and the finger exerciser is good for targeting the weaker fingers (pinky's mostly).Cons: The weight listed on the sides is horribly inaccurate. It's honestly closer if you swap KG to Lbs. I have a captains of crush 0.5 and a 1, and to think this comes even close to a 0.5 (120lbs) is laughable. Maxed out, I would guess this is around 60-80lbs.
