Review on Bondo Dent Puller with Locking Suction Cups - Double Handle, Model 00956 by Peter Montoya

It works if you know how to use it

Those who say this product doesn't stick don't know how to use it. I know because I bought one and couldn't get it to stick until I figured it out. First, the suction cup is four inches in diameter and the surface needs to be at least somewhat flat. If you have a large, shallow dent, e.g. B. if someone is sitting on your hood you shouldn't have a problem. If you have a dent two inches in diameter, this device will not work. But if you have an area within the dent that's at least four inches wide, this will most likely work. Second, you need to wet the sheet first, and there's no harm in putting some soap on it. , and do the same with the rubber. When you have done this, press the suction cup firmly against the sheet metal on a flat surface. If your dent is wide and shallow, this is the center of the dent. If it's only about 4 inches wide, so there isn't a large flat area inside the dent, attach the suction cup *near* the dent, not over it. You may have to press hard. Then click on the handles to create a suction effect. Once the cup is securely attached to the metal sheet, insert it into the area you want to pull. This may require some effort as the suction is strong. Once it's in the right position, pull. Depending on the shape and depth of your dent, you may need to repeat this. It worked for me and if you don't have too small a dent it will work for you too. And it makes no sense to buy anymore.
