Works great on my AVR-3400H.
I know it's not specific to the AVR-3400H but it works great. I think it has an extra button that wasn't in the original. Also, I was expecting a cheap fake (judging by the picture) but mine seems to be real, has the Denon logo on the front and looks like the real thing.
