I like how it's easy to register our customers with us after they have visited our website or app through their own devices! Not much so far but I am sure this will evolve as we use them more. The customer service needs some work in order get quick answers from technical issues you might come across. Also need better filters of what type of visitors do not visit again when browsing! We are using it mainly as an online reservation platform where guests can book services at leisure (such as spa treatments) without having to call up first for appointments etc.
