Not "soft " - comparable to Oral-B Crossover Medium
If it were soft I would consider it very good value for money. But it's too hard and seems hard. I ordered it well in advance so the 30 day return period had expired when I tried it so I guess I'll just have to throw it away. It's good value for money if you can use it. For me it's a waste of money.
