Soft suede harness for collars, harnesses and leashes

Bought for my 9 lb Chihuahua. Her bust size is 15 inches. The average is a bit oversized. First I ordered a small one, it turned out to be too small! This one is too big. She wears it on the last lap. , I'm afraid it will end up being too big. He's good looking and seems comfortable with her. What I like about it is that it sits lower on her neck than a lot of other harnesses I've bought.
