I bought this brace because I was looking for a brace to correct my posture and relieve back pain from sitting at the computer. I am a woman and I can say that this brace seems very unisex as it is very adjustable. The mount appears to be very well made and very comfortable. Well, it's handy if you don't bend. So it keeps your posture in the right position. I do get a little sore after a few days of use, but that seems to be because I'm using my muscles a little differently and they're just getting used to it. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their posture. The posture guide that comes with it looks very interesting, I just haven't had a chance to read it yet.
