I like how it has so many features which are easy enough even if you don't have much IT background but still can understand what's going on behind the scenes! It comes up as highly recommended by my colleagues who work closely with them every day (even though we're from different departments!). There isn't anything really bad about this software either - everything seems great at first glance until one actually starts using it more than once. We use this mainly because our previous version was very old fashioned where people needed to fill out forms manually instead of being able to just click through fields without having any idea why each field needs filling in. Now everyone knows exactly what information should go into certain sections when creating new documents/forms etc., saving loads time over manual entry.
