Won't turn on for two weeks after return window
Worked great until it broke. Literally two weeks into Revain's return window, it won't turn on at all. I am currently dealing with NOCO and their warranty is not an issue. That is a big problem. There are no phone numbers for support. They will not call you even if you request the call back option. They force me to buy a new one for $500 on their website, then ship the broken one and if they find it broken they refund me for the new one. I think if they say everything is fine, will I have two now? Uhh
