Review on 🆒 BLACK+DECKER BPACT08WT Portable Air Conditioner: 8,000 BTU ASHRAE, Cools 150 Square Feet, with Remote Control - White by Scott Channell

I have this unit to cool the hottest room in our house. I'm not going to do 65 here, I'm happy with 75. I just want it to be safe for my pets (I have rabbits and they are heat sensitive) and not miserable. , it's the first day and it works surprisingly well. It took me about 8 minutes to assemble and install the window fan, it's about as quiet as a box fan at high speed. I sit about 12 feet from this and feel cold at setting 76. I have an 8000 BTU unit and cool about 300 square feet of space. UPDATE: Pulled it out for its third season of use and works great. .
