I'm 61 years old and grew up with these knives, my mom used to buy them here in our small town, and for me, these are the best knives. We have an old bread knife that I still use today. I just bought my 86 year old mother steak knives, she saw them and wanted them. They also hold their sword. when you finally need to sharpen, it's not difficult at all. I love these knives and was glad to find them. thank you for continuing to do them. I will buy more.
