The Coros capsule has completely changed my training. Before I got the capsule, I felt like a pretty efficient runner. I quickly realized that I had something to do. The module provides metrics such as stride length, stride height, ground contact time, balance between left and right foot, efficiency and power. In my opinion, the most useful tool is the mileage analysis. I have used similar devices from other companies and none of them provided detailed performance data like the Coros module.
