For what I do. That gives me a base. Fine-tuning for a long distance (Ultra) is easy to use. And the batteries are easy to replace. It's just an improvement tool.

Dear COROS POD! Use it for every run. The balance data tells me whether I've overstepped a side or not. Efficiency tells me when I need to speed up my steps, lets me know when I really need to focus on form to make sure I'm not wasting energy. POD gives me a whole lot of new data that I can use to improve my running. I strongly recommend buying a POD!

I bought this product to train for an ultramarathon. The COROS pod attaches to the back of the running tights, mid-waist, to provide accurate information on stride length, size, power and efficiency. You need to download the app on your smartphone and keep it running while running.
