First Fryer, Good Fryer
First time air fryer as recommended by our son.While we are still in our learning curve for the fryer, we have not had a true failure as yet.Our first try was the Ninja recipe whole roast chicken in side 1, and cauliflower in side 2, and borh came out nearly perfect.A recipe online recommended to start chicken with breast down instead of up, turning the bird breast up half way yhrough the cook . much better result!We have also air fried parmesan zucchini, french fries 3 times (frozen Idaho Shoestrings much better than homemade fries)
