Great product that allows fast response time with minimal errors
I like how easy it was for me as well as my officers at hand (both new and seasoned) were able to use this tool from start to finish without issues.
The support staff helped us learn what we needed to do so they could implement any changes or add-ons we requested. If there's anything i don't like about handheld reporting its our department not having access to them once reports are written by other individuals within the police agency/department. We have since gotten rid of those older style paper forms only using online versions now! This has made everything run more smoothly allowing everyone involved to be up front & honest during every interaction between officers and citizens.
Pros
- Everything is very intuitive, quick turnaround time when submitting report information along with ease in changing formatting options which can improve an overall appearance if need be with little effort required making these processes easier than ever before
Cons
- Not knowing who created original documents that allow you edit /amp update your own writing while creating new entries into existing ones
