Great product that allows fast response time with minimal errors

I like how easy it was for me as well as my officers at hand (both new and seasoned) were able to use this tool from start to finish without issues. The support staff helped us learn what we needed to do so they could implement any changes or add-ons we requested. If there's anything i don't like about handheld reporting its our department not having access to them once reports are written by other individuals within the police agency/department. We have since gotten rid of those older style…

  • Everything is very intuitive, quick turnaround time when submitting report information along with ease in changing formatting options which can improve an overall appearance if need be with little effort required making these processes easier than ever before
Cons
  • Not knowing who created original documents that allow you edit /amp update your own writing while creating new entries into existing ones

Handheld Citation Software is helpful and user friendly

The ease of use for our officers was one big plus! It allowed them not only just create their own forms but also edit previous ones as well (a little confusing at first). There were some minor issues using this software such as when trying upload documents it would ask if we wanted "to replace current file or keep" - which can be extremely time consuming having files already added by other people within your department/ agency- especially since sometimes they have been used before even though…

  • Able to easily find anything you want quickly with an intuitive system that is very user friendly in every way possible; able to print copies instantly anywhere anytime whenever necessary along side saving all data into database automatically making everything organized hence fast &amp efficient

New to VSCO and trying their product "POLS " - needs help with networking difficulties

I like being able use my computer at home so i can get things done more quickly when out of town or just waiting for paperwork from another agency/court etc... The software has been slow loading over some networks but not others which makes it hard because every time we are doing any kind fo official business (police related) there's always something going wrong! It would be nice if they had better customer service about network issues as well as making upgrades easier than what seems required

Pros
  • We can easily transfer information from one program to another which is helpful when we have to run back & forth between computers when out of town or on call
Cons
  • Software does not work well when we have limited internet or when we are using a mobile device due to slow loading issues
