Review on Handheld Citation and Report Writing Program by Edward Perez
New to VSCO and trying their product "POLS " - needs help with networking difficulties
I like being able use my computer at home so i can get things done more quickly when out of town or just waiting for paperwork from another agency/court etc...
The software has been slow loading over some networks but not others which makes it hard because every time we are doing any kind fo official business (police related) there's always something going wrong! It would be nice if they had better customer service about network issues as well as making upgrades easier than what seems required now by law enforcement agencies everywhere nowadays!! We used this program during our day jobs while working together however were using two different programs. Now we both have access via mobile devices where one person will take notes / jotting down info & send them off immediately after getting off shift then other submits information directly into database without having paper copies sent back here locally.
- We can easily transfer information from one program to another which is helpful when we have to run back & forth between computers when out of town or on call
- Software does not work well when we have limited internet or when we are using a mobile device due to slow loading issues
