The ease of use for our officers was one big plus! It allowed them not only just create their own forms but also edit previous ones as well (a little confusing at first).

There were some minor issues using this software such as when trying upload documents it would ask if we wanted "to replace current file or keep" - which can be extremely time consuming having files already added by other people within your department/ agency- especially since sometimes they have been used before even though there's nothing wrong witth their quality etc.- so I think maybe more options could include keeping old records instead? Maybe then departments wouldn't need multiple versions because everyone has access now rather than relying solely from memory! This makes document management easier too knowing what version someone had last saved vs editing something else out later down the road without realizing its part og said record unless needed again!! It was easy for me because it has saved my time from searching through many files by myself or having someone else do this task. I have no dislikes but what i can say about handheld citing program as well, its great software which saves your precious times while working at police station. This tool helps us save our valuable minutes when we are doing paperwork like creating new file etc without using any other computer application.
