For $25 they are a lot better quality than I expected. Nice and thick, they are flat and won't warp in the oven. or at least they haven't yet. The mirror-like stainless steel finish is beautiful and helps ensure it's non-stick. Grills are pretty difficult to clean, but they carry the food far better than those that just come with sticks, so this is a trade-off you have to consider. If I were only using them for meat I'd probably go with the grate for easier cleaning, but if you want something more versatile this is the way to go.
