I love how easy it is for employees to access files from anywhere in our office via mobile devices or desktop computers. The ability to share folders across departments helps keep everyone organized! It would be nice if we could create custom alerts so when something happens in one department, all users can get an alert right away. We are able to easily communicate with each other without having to email documents back and forth. This makes our jobs easier because there's less time wasted sending emails back and forth instead of just talking face to face.
