Not safe unless you screw it into the doorframe
I bought this for a rental house I didn’t want to put the screws in the doorframe.I thought this would work for Stretching so I can bring it back home in the summer I could screw it in the door frames at home.but unfortunately it did not hold my hundred pound daughter she tried it first, so I don’t trust it to hold my 135 lbs weightI think it will work at home after I screw it to the doorframeSo I’m keeping it and only going to use it for sit ups and light Stretching for nowMy concern is that it’s not safe without the screws so be aware
