While reading reviews of some "fancy" (i.e. over-complicated) camera cases for Logitech 920/922, camera, I read some reviews that a resistance hinge is missing with the lid closed. If the camera isn't perfectly aligned, that can be a problem with this design. I went with this simpler, lower profile option. The fit is very tight. It cannot be demolished. Therefore, the installation requires little pressure. I recommend sliding the cover off the side of the front camera plane rather than trying to press directly on the lens. The most important thing for me is that the camera lid has resistance throughout its range of motion - minimal resistance but enough to keep it open. or closed. does not dangle in the closed position like a leaf in the wind.
