Doesn't wrap around my weights

Perhaps these are meant for much smaller grips but on my "standard" hand weights they don't quite wrap around completely leaving gaps on the handle. They also don't have any internal grip so if they tend to slide along the metal making the weight feel fairly unstable.

Pros

For those with wrist pain. This certainly helps with that.

Cons

Fits perfectly on the bar but it's too hard/firm that it's painful and a bit too thick.
