Review on opsmanager by Joseph Meola

The best thing about this application it's simplicity; You can make reports in minutes without any training or knowledge required! It has all tools for our needs as well so we doen't feel like something was missing out when using other applications which were more complex than needed by us at first time use with less features compared ot what OpsManager had provided. I would recommend anyone who wants simple reporting solution should try operation manager!! We are solving daily issues related to IT department such managing tickets & projects effectively along side tracking progress made within each task/project etc..
