The quality is lower than a new monitor

I took the second of these monitors here. I bought the first one directly from the Apple Store. Amazon's was significantly worse in quality and brightness, and the included Thunderbolt 3 cable didn't work. Return. save yourself the trouble and buy a new one. Don't sacrifice image quality to save a few bucks.
