I bought this because I thought the swingarm could be adjusted well. It does its job well from side to side, but there's no way to adjust the height when hanging on the wall. My husband hung it on the wall at my direction and it turned out to be too low. We then went where he thought it might work and minimize holes in the wall. Then the monitor was too high. I decided to leave things as is instead of drilling eight or more holes in the wall. At the moment it is trending downwards. Adjusting the hinge is not as easy as I thought. I hold my breath and hope it stays where I want it. a feature I can move up and down and rotate left to right. It looked cool and nice to look at in the ad, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations for versatility. As I said, that can be partly user. My husband also commented on the fickle nature of the screen, staying in a good place after rotating. You'll have to start from scratch and make small adjustments until it stays in an acceptable spot, not necessarily where you want it, but close enough for horseshoes and hand grenades.
