In theory this should be the perfect phone mount. However, it keeps falling apart on sporadic rides. I work from home during the pandemic so I take short trips Walk everyone second day around suitcases.the screws/bolts that hold it together and make it adjustable loosen and fall out on almost every ride, even with their threaded nuts/brackets supposed to hold them securely.I finally gave up on the one that did keeps the extension cord in place because it's more difficult to reinstall and the inside needs to be positioned correctly Work car Car for daily commute using the GPS app on my phone Technical It works without screws...but it keeps my phone very low and at a weird angle like this...until the suction begins to de r base loosens and the whole thing falls off (not ideal when using GPS when I don't really know the route). I can't wait to replace it. :'-(
