Clamp and stand mechanism is perfect. The only thing to pay attention to is whether the design of your air vents will match this clip. These clamps are relatively small and only work well when fully inserted and resting on a hard surface. like the bottom edge of your air vent, not just another flimsy board. Excellent phone mount. It fits in my large Note 10+ and is very secure. I like the little legs that slide out to keep the phone where you want it and the easy rotation so the phone can be flipped over if needed.
