I consider myself an expert in the field of internet shopping; however, my experience with Tiergrade was less than satisfying. Although it might appear that the website offers competitive prices for various electronics and computer peripherals, the reality is that neither the quality of their products nor their customer service are particularly impressive. To begin, the products that were sent to me were of a lower quality and did not correspond to the specifications that were provided on the website. When I attempted to get in touch with customer support for assistance, I was met with responses that were unhelpful and condescending. It was abundantly obvious that the company did not value my business and did not care about whether or not I was satisfied as a customer. In addition, the process of shipment was incredibly sluggish and aggravating. The delivery of my order took much longer than I had anticipated, and the tracking information that was supplied was both inaccurate and ineffective. In general, I would advise anyone who was thinking about purchasing with Tiergrade to reconsider their decision. Although the low prices might seem appealing at first, it is not worth taking the risk because both the products and the customer support are of poor quality.
