Amazing case: fans and cooling

This is an amazing PC case. I use it with NUC8I5BEH. I installed a 1TB XPG Gammix S11 NVME SSD (which comes preinstalled with its own cooler so you don't need to add a separate SSD cooler) and G.SKILL 32GB RAM (2 x 16GB) model F4-2400C16D-32GRS. I use it with Windows 10. It looks and works well. Really calm and with good thermals. Under normal load (web surfing, email, MS Office) I see temperatures around 40°C, under heavy load ie when watching 4K videos the temperature reaches 50°C. During playing, the temperature may rise (70-80°C). In general, the thermal behavior is similar to that of a regular CPU cooler running in silent mode. But of course there is no noise under any load with this case. The temperature of the NVME SSD is always kept at 30°C and rarely rises to 40°C. The ambient temperature in the room is about 25-30 ° C. It was fun to assemble. Took me a few hours but I'm probably slow. The hardest part for me was getting the NUC out of its original case. The best way to clean the thermal paste is to use Arctic Cleaning Fluid with a set of cotton swabs and lint-free cloths. You can then easily install the NUC in a new housing. I used Noctua NT-H1 thermal paste, but the Akasa paste that came with the case should also work. There are many YouTube videos showing you what to do. Just a tip to buy WiFi antenna hardware earlier than described in another review so you don't have to open the case again later. For the antenna cable I used UFL to SMA M.2 NGFF IPX IPEX MHF4 to RP SMA Female (male) (I used a 10" cable which was a bit longer but a 6" cable will work too). I bought external antennas separately because I wanted them to be short, so I used a WiFi antenna 2 dBi 2.4/5.8 GHz RP-SMA Male Elbow Omni Direction 50 mm, 2 pcs. I've had this computer for almost 10 months now and I have to say. still really amazing. In my opinion, this is a technical marvel!

Pros
  • Pure versatility. With stylish diamond encrusted panels, the Turing can be positioned vertically or horizontally as you prefer.
Cons
  • I will add later
