Excellent tool. The tool is designed to be perfectly centered on the inside diameter of the pipe being drilled from the fitting. Leaves a near-perfect nest for your new whistle. I've tried several methods to remove old pipe from a 1.5" PVC fitting. Including heating, chipping and some other YouTube style guidelines. It took precedence over all other methods. Being able to drill a 'new' socket for the new wire saved me a lot of drywall work. This is one of those tools that isn't used very often, but when you need it, there's absolutely no alternative!
