What I like best is that the digital pad and analog stick are swapped. The flash drive has the same configuration as the Xbox. I had wrist tunnel surgery and the PS controller is the worst. my wrists hurt after a while while playing, but not with an xbox controller, i always kept that in mind when configuring digital and analogue. Now I have a PS controller (which works on 3 and 4) with the same configuration and I really like it. I can game for hours without any complaints and now my Xbox works like a better DVD player.
