I've been through three of these already and each one fails the same way, with fuses blown and when replacing fuses (as per their tech support instructions) the block literally cracked and smoked! See photos. Contacting tech support is easy but their only answer is to keep sending new units under warranty and I need a permanent solution to the problem as I rely on this inverter in my RV. I didn't restart it and even the tech support told me they don't see any problems with my system based on the many photos and even videos I sent them. Save yourself the hassle, spend a little more money and choose a trusted branded device.
