The overall product deserves 5 stars, packaging and quality are first class, the seller describes this product T. accurately. This seller really deserves 5 stars as does the quality of the item. However, if you are considering buying this device for a clean install (no visible wires) and you have a receiver running Android Auto and plan to connect through this device, make sure that this device is not is compatible with Android Auto (not sure about Apple CarPlay). However, it is fully functional as the AUX-in USB hub it was designed for. MAESTRO is solely responsible for this error and NOT THE SELLER. Please understand this as you do your research and buy this from this seller before leaving any feedback.
