I bought two nutcrackers for Christmas - this one and one that's about $15 less. This one was a big disappointment. It arrived in a brown cardboard box that you might use to mail a dollar item to a store - nothing to leave a product in as a gift. The trimmings (clothes stand and hat chain) were askew, and much of the fabric and trimmings were loose. This item is exceptionally bad value for money, especially when compared to similar less expensive options. I was very disappointed.
