Not very constricting

I like the design of the shirt, but it's not as constricting as I had hoped. After the operation, a compression shirt was recommended to me and bought because of the design. I'm 5'4", 125 lbs and bought the small but I'm sorry they didn't offer the extra small because I think the smaller size would provide the compression fit I was looking for .
