I thought the USB dongle was in the battery compartment of the mouse, but upon closer inspection I found the dongle was in the box. I use this keyboard when I'm lying in bed to just surf the internet and watch movies. It's quiet and the long battery life is a plus. The only downside is that the keys require more pressure than my main keyboard, but that's not a problem for me since it's not my main keyboard. for those who want a basic keyboard for typing, check out other paraphernalia as I see myself getting carpel tunnel using it as my main keyboard. The mouse is your main mouse, which is slightly smaller than the standard mouse. It's comfortable, easy to squeeze, and gets the job done for me.
