the backlight is ok. I really don't see a problem with that. It doesn't glow on my face, but it's clearly visible. Really calm, balanced and pleasant. This is not my first Soundfreaq product. Before buying I had concerns about the sound as it is small. True to the brand's commitment to sound, it didn't disappoint. What really drew me in was the classic dial. I really miss the classic watches, they look so good. A bonus was the smooth movement of the seconds hand.
