Jokes aside, this label printer has been extremely helpful on a new car project where I need to track wires of the same color in an area and figure out what they're doing. Of course you can use a piece of tape and a marker, but it will look more professional and you'll thank yourself later if you have to read it. It prints fast enough and appreciates the QWERTY setting - the dedicated keys are easy to find and the included tape sticks really well.
