We bought a lightbulb in April 2018 and today there was a loud bang and it stopped working. We removed the lamp and found that the lens/glass on the lamp was broken. Although there is a 180 day guarantee I don't know how to contact them for a warranty replacement. The email from this website was supposed to be support@himogobe.com but there was a problem with the delivery of the email and it is not being delivered. Our lightbulb was used in a church where we probably only use it about 5 hours a week. So less than 200 hours of use and it died (the glass broke). Luckily the projector still works with the other spare bulb we have. But we just spent over $100 on it and couldn't even get a warranty on it as there's no information on how to get a warranty replacement. Update: We have now been able to contact Mogobe at Revain and get a replacement. This step was easy as everything was done via email. Change the customer service star back to 4.
