I got my hands on the Haicable PC-0812 and I must say, it’s a pretty handy PVC pipe cutter! It does exactly what it says on the tin - cuts CPVC, PVC, POLY PEX PE tube up to 63mm in diameter. The blade is sharp and cuts through the pipe with ease. The only downside is that it can be tricky to cut at an angle, but with practice, you’ll get the hang of it. Also, the overall build quality could be a bit better, but considering the price, it's reasonable. Overall, Haicable PC-0812 is a tool that belongs in every DIY enthusiast's arsenal.
