Cannot easily access pen or charging ports. Fingerprint reader not working

It fits my Note 20 plus like a glove but the fingerprint is NOT WORKING. The neckline is too deep for the stylist. I don't have long nails and I can't easily pull out a pen. Also, the stylus and charging port cover is too difficult to open when properly closed. I literally broke a pen (not a stylist but a regular pen) trying to open the lid.
