This computer is fine. I like all the desktop space I get with the all-in-one, but it has a few issues. Most of them are minor but one of them is quite serious and related to the video or graphics card I'm told. I'm not a techie so can't be sure for sure but wanted others to know. I use YouTube all the time to view product reviews and movie trailers, but the videos won't load on this computer. You keep spinning and you get a message that there is a problem with video playback and reboot. It never works The same thing happens on FB. The video just won't play. They just keep spinning. After a bit of research, I found out that this is caused by an incorrect video or graphics card installation, or the need to reformat and/or reinstall the driver. Hm? I have no idea how (or really want to) do this and I don't want to bring in a new computer for repair. This is unacceptable. I'm wondering if this was refurbished and sold as new? I'll never know for sure, but I've had an HP laptop for 10 years with no issues other than a DVD player and battery. I miss that. EDIT: I changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars after doing further research on this issue with my Youtube and other videos not streaming. Apparently it's not the graphics card, it's a hardware acceleration issue - I've never heard of this, but I disabled the hardware and now all videos play again.
